Formblok is owned and operated by Formblok.Io Pty Ltd (ACN 631 523 218) (Formblok). By accessing and/or using, Formblok you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which include our Privacy Policy (available at https://formblok.io/pp.html (Terms). You should review our Privacy Policy and these Terms carefully and immediately cease using our platform if you do not agree to these Terms.
In these Terms, ‘us’, ‘we’ and ‘our’ means Formblok. “you” means you the user of the Formblok platform.

We may from time to time and without notice to you, change or add to terms to use Formblok and the information described therein. Registration
You must be a registered member to access and use Formblok.
When you register and activate your account, you will provide us with personal information such as your name and [email address | Gender | Date of Birth | Buyer or Seller for example your location, the type of property to be built or renovated. When you register and activate your account, we will provide you with a user name and password. You are responsible for keeping this user name and password secure and are responsible for all use and activity carried out under this user name.
To create an account, you must be:
at least 18 years of age;
possess the legal right and ability to enter into a legally binding agreement with us; and
agree and warrant to use the platform in accordance with these Terms.
Privacy
We collect personal information about you in order to provide you with design, architectural, property development consultancy services and management and for purposes otherwise set out in our Privacy Policy at https://formblok.io/pp.html.
We may disclose that information to third parties that help us deliver our services (including information technology suppliers, communication suppliers and our business partners) or as required by law. If you do not provide this information, we may not be able to provide all of our services or products to you.
